Alternative you can email us at reservations@iriemobility.com include your full name, the requesting dates, your weight, your best contact number as well as the property you are staying at.
Irie Mobility offers several ways that you can use to make a reservation such as:
1. Directly through our website - our website is fully featured for you to submit your reservation request and complete the rental agreement.
2. Over the phone with a Reservation Specialist - Our Reservation Specialist are equipped with the tools and knowledge to get your reservation done in a few easy steps.
3. Via email - doing your reservation via email is best if you have time on your hands or if you don't have any access to a mobile phone or landline. The process is almost identical to making your reservation over the phone or through the website.
N.B All payments are done through an invoicing system where you receive a link to complete payment. Alternatively payments can be process with the help of a Reservation Specialist over the phone.
There are a few steps involved with making the reservation on our website:
1. Select the equipment that is ideal for your weight.
2. Next select the amount of days you need the equipment for.
3. Next proceed to checkout and select the delivery fee listed for the location of the property you are staying.
4. Complete the rental agreement via the displayed buttons on the reservation request confirmation page.
5. Receive your invoice and make payment online or over the phone with a live Reservation Specialist.
6. Receive your rental confirmation.
N.B. Submitting a reservation request through the website does not constitutes a confirmed reservation. Rental agreement and payment are required in order to confirm a reservation.
After calling in, we will go over the required information after which we will send you the rental agreement to complete and once we received the completed rental agreement, we will generate and send the invoice to facilitate payment. After the successful confirmation of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the reservation with the attache rental reference number.
Upon receipt of your email inquiry, we will send you a quote based on the information we received. Once you accept the quote, we will send the rental agreement for you to complete in order for us to generate the invoice to facilitate payment. After the payment is received, we will send the confirmation email for the reservation with the associated rental reference number.
